Tags: Fantasy FootballNFLPlayer RankingsStandard Rankings Now that the free agency has started and blockbuster trades are happening at an alarming rate, we can finally get a sense of where these guys should rank in my Early 2015 Fantasy Football Preseason Rankings. Torrey Smith going to San Francisco doesn’t do much for his ranking but LeSean McCoy in Buffalo keeps him among the leagues best at running back. As for Jimmy Graham in Seattle, this hurts his value going into fantasy drafts. The Seahawks will not rely on Graham like he was in New Orleans but this most certainly vaults Russell Wilson into everyones top five and most likely into their top three. Even though Seattle didn’t throw a ton, they do like to feature the TEs they had. Jimmy should still be considered the 2nd best TE on the board but I wouldn’t reach for him like I had in the past. Brandon Marshall joining Eric Decker in New York only becomes intriguing if they get a decent arm to throw the ball. It’s possible that Geno Smith progresses and makes Marshall close to a WR1 but I have big doubts on that. For my money, Marshall is a mid WR2 and Decker makes for [...] |
